Most approved applicants pay a standard access fee equal to one month’s rent.
Some properties choose to use PrecisePrice. With PrecisePrice, access fees are customized based on each applicant’s unique financial circumstances and range from 50% to 125% of one month’s rent. Many applicants receive a lower access fee with PrecisePrice, which may help improve conversion.

No. Liberty Rent does not collect rent or manage ongoing payments.

Residents pay rent directly to the property and remain fully responsible for fulfilling all lease obligations.

If a Liberty Rent–approved resident does not meet lease obligations, properties may request reimbursement.

Liberty Rent provides up to 6 months of rent loss reimbursement for qualifying cases, helping reduce vacancy-related loss and maintain more consistent revenue.

Our parent company leverages a well-funded captive, not a surety bond, enabling us to stand behind our commitment to fulfill your reimbursement requests. With immediate and unlimited access, reimbursement payments are issued within 5 business days of an approved request.​
