Privacy Policy
At Liberty Rent, we respect your privacy.
Liberty Rent (“us,” “we,” or “our,”) operates the website www.LibertyRent.com (the “Site”). We assist in the approval process for applicants of residential leases, which also protects the property owner against potential rent revenue loss (“the Services”). This Privacy Policy explains why we gather information from you, what information we collect, how we collect, use and protect it, and with whom we share it.
In this Policy, we refer to “Personal Information,” meaning data that identifies an individual or can do so when combined with other data. Personal Information is usually your name in combination with another identifier, such as date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, or government-issued identification number. Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. The specific definition of Personal Information varies from one jurisdiction to another.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check this page occasionally to review any changes in our practices. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Information Collected Directly from You
When you use our Site or Services, we may collect Personal Information directly from you, including but not limited to name, current and past postal addresses, email address, phone number, your current employer and job title, income information and other details needed for processing of your inquiry. Applicants seeking Liberty Rent’s assistance in procuring a lease will establish an account and password.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to gather information about your use of our Site and to customize your experience.
Cookies are small data files that help us keep track of your usage of the Site. Some cookies only last for the session you are on the Site. Other cookies persist beyond that session, so, for example, you do not have to reenter contact information or items in your cart. We use cookies to transact with you, gather navigation information, enhance and personalize your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our Site, products and Services. Cookies also allow us to track and analyze user behavior to help improve our Site.

Functional Cookies help us enhance the performance and functionality of our Site, products and service, but are not necessary for your use. Still, certain functions or features may become unavailable if you refuse them.
Analytics Cookies collect information that is used to help us understand the use of our Site, products and Services, the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, or to help us customize our Site to enhance your experience.
Target Cookies record your visit to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed, so we can recognize you as a prior visitor and track your activity on our Site and others you visit. These Cookies remain on your device for us to use during a next visit to our Site. In contrast to these “persistent” cookies, some cookies (“session cookies”) are deleted when your browsing session has ended.
We may allow third parties to use Cookies on our Site to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites you visit. This information is used to provide advertising tailored to your interests on websites you visit, also known as interest-based advertising, and to analyze the effectiveness of such advertising.
