How it Works

Step 1: Send denied or conditionally approved to Liberty Rent. You decide which applicants to refer!

Step 2: Our team evaluates each applicant using enhanced screening, 3rd party fraud protection tools, and 10+ years of industry expertise.

Step 3: If approved, the applicant pays a one-time access fee, which is typically equal to one month’s rent.

Step 4: The applicant signs the lease and moves in!
