How does it work?
- Send denied applicants to Liberty Rent
- We use enhanced screening to identify qualified residents who can fulfill their lease obligations
- Approved applicants pay a Liberty Rent access fee
- The property issues the lease
- The resident signs the lease and moves in!
What happens if a resident defaults?
If the unfortunate occurs and a resident skips or is evicted, Liberty Rent will reimburse the property up to 6 months of rent loss.
