How does it work?

  1. Send denied applicants to Liberty Rent
  2. We use enhanced screening to identify qualified residents who can fulfill their lease obligations
  3. Approved applicants pay a Liberty Rent access fee
  4. The property issues the lease
  5. The resident signs the lease and moves in!

What happens if a resident defaults?

If the unfortunate occurs and a resident skips or is evicted, Liberty Rent will reimburse the property up to 6 months of rent loss.
