James brings over 17 years of diverse industry experience to drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion. Recognized for his exceptional skills in relationship building, he has earned multiple awards and served on key committees with several apartment associations locally and nationally.

He received his MBA from Belhaven University and is a passionate advocate for social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Outside the office, James enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
